Now it's time for At Home
Bittersweet isn’t it, arriving home. The dog’s happy to see you, you’re happy to see them, but there’s a teeny weeny bit of you that would still like to be lost in that last yoga practice, or riding that last wave.
And hey, we’re not going to solve all your problems with yoga. But as has always been our mission at Soul & Surf, we can leave you with a little chunk of extra positivity. A bit of nourishment for the soul & the body, some feel-good motivation to get up and at ‘em – all without getting all eat, pray, love on yo’ ass.
(And all without needing to put you straight on another flight back out to us.)
At Home? Tell Me More…
Well you might have heard of this thing called the internet. We’ve been using it successfully for a while now to stream some of our amazing team of yogis into your homes.
Long story short, At Home is a yoga subscription service that provides you with an ever-evolving mix of practices from our wonderful teachers Hayley, Rachel, Becca and Nat, all available to follow in the comfort of your own home.
But it’s not your normal subscription service. We knew at the outset that we didn’t want to drown you in hundreds of yoga videos – we’ve been there, you spend all your precious practice time deciding what it is you’re going to practice, and then give up and start doom scrolling instead. What we do then is give you a smaller set of carefully curated practices (long and short, movement and breath) and refresh the content for you every week. Think of it as a way of continuing your journey with us – your 'at home' yoga becomes a continuation of your 'on holiday' yoga.
How Much?
Happily, all subscriptions come at a flat rate of £24 a month – which should keep you going ‘til you’re next able to see us in person. Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time with no new payments taken, and we’re always on hand if you have any questions.
