This role is to assist the Directors with Soul & Surf marketing activity, across all of our locations (Kerala, Sri Lanka and Portugal, as well as our Pop-Ups).
The role of Marketing Coordinator is to draw together all of our marketing ‘strands’ in order to ensure that everything we do it consistent, planned and measured . The focus is always positive marketing activity over unnecessary admin.
This role will be quite varied, based on the needs of the marketing department each week, and will include, but not be limited to the below:
Responsibilities will vary week-to-week, based on demands from the business and areas most in need of support. The position can be anything from two days per week to full time depending on the applicants experience and skills. This position is suitable for people who are used to doing their work remotely and can aligned with our brand.
You would have the possibility of working from India, Sri Lanka and Portugal (limited months of the year) though please note that if you do choose to work on location we can provide extras like some staff meals, surf and yoga, but you must be a registered freelancer and legally eligible to work in these countries. Accommodation and flights would not be included.
