SOUL & SURF LIMITED — GROWTH GANG TERMS & CONDITIONS

• Vouchers can be bought and used for any holiday accommodation booking (without travel) made directly through the Soul & Surf Website, subject to availability.
• Holiday Vouchers cannot be used for our online store, Kit.
• When a Voucher is purchased, a Voucher Code will be issued. This Code will equal the exact purchase price. Voucher Codes can be redeemed online at checkout and cover accommodation, surf, yoga and therapies.
• Holiday Vouchers are redeemable for all accommodations that show availability at booking.soulandsurf.com for your selected dates and location. It is not possible to make your booking directly or redeem your coupon at the hotel. When making a booking via the online system the value will be deducted from the amount payable at checkout. If the Holiday Vouchers are not used, in full, at once, the remainder stays valid for another booking. If the booking is more expensive than the Holiday Voucher, the remainder can be paid for by online payment. Only one Holiday Voucher can be used per booking.
• After the payment and/or redemption of the Holiday Voucher, the booking is only confirmed if you receive a confirmation email.
• All bookings are subject to availability and general booking Terms & Conditions apply.
• Holiday Vouchers are non-transferrable.

Payment and Prices

• Payments are immediately due when ordering. Payments can be made by credit or debit card. Payments (pending) cannot be amended or cancelled. The purchased gift card code can be redeemed after receiving it via email.
• If you would like a Holiday Voucher for a specific amount, please get in touch with us
• Holiday Vouchers can be used as either part or full payment. No change will be given. Any remaining balance can be left on the Holiday Voucher and spent on future booking via the online system.
• Holiday Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash and have no value unless redeemed.
• Holiday Vouchers are not cheque guarantee, credit, debit or charge cards.
• In order to make sure we can protect your money we are only going to be taking payment via Debit and Credit card. This is to make sure that all monies received are protected within the consumer credit act under Section 75. More on Section 75 here.
• By only taking payments via Credit Card or Debit Card all payments are covered under the the CCA, section 75 or via the chargeback scheme. This covers you for all instances that we could not honour what you had paid for.

Cancellation of Membership

• If you decide to try it you’re protected by our 100% money-back Satisfaction guarantee for the length of your holiday voucher. Drop us an email at growthgang@soulandsurf.com to discuss this further.

Modify or Change your Reservation

• If you need to modify your booking with us, then just ask. There is no charge to change or cancel your reservation with us during your membership in the Growth Gang.
• Please notes that all changes and cancellations, though at no cost, are still subject to our general booking Terms & Conditions.

Validity

• Holiday Vouchers are valid for 24 month from January 1st 2021
• Your membership is only valid for 12 months from January 1st 2021 to December 31st 2021.
