Growth Gang Terms & Conditions

We don’t love fine print. But we do love clarity, trust, and good communication. So here’s what you need to know before joining Growth Gang 25:

1. Payment & Confirmation
   • Your place in Growth Gang 25 is confirmed at the close of the Growth Gang 25 offer, and once we reach the £300,000 minimum raise. 
   • In the meantime we will hold your Growth Gang £5000 payment securely in a separate, ring-fenced, UK account.
   • Upon confirmation of Growth Gang 25 you’ll receive a confirmation email with your unique Growth Gang Voucher Code and a Personal Guarantee signed by Ed & Sofie.
   • Payments will be taken via Card, Google Pay and Apple Pay. If you prefer Paypal contact us and we can send you the details. 
2. What You Get
   • Pay £5,000, receive £6,000 in Soul & Surf credit.
   • Credit is valid at all Soul & Surf locations (Portugal, India, Sri Lanka).
   • Use it on anything Soul & Surf offers: rooms, food, surf, yoga, massage, retreats, online store.
   • Excludes location specific third-party services (e.g. taxis, outside tours, massage in Sri Lanka etc.).
3. How You Use It
   • Use it all at once or spread it over multiple trips — no usage limits or caps.
   • Fully transferable: you can gift, share, or use it for travel companions.
   • All credit must be used by 30 June 2030.
4. Tracking & Credit Management
   • You’ll receive a unique Growth Gang code to use for bookings and onsite payments.
   • Your credit will be tracked via our booking system (BookingLayer).
   • You’ll get an annual credit update so you know what’s left to use.
5. Refunds
   • If the £300,000 minimum raise is not reached, we’ll give you two options:
     1. Receive a full refund, or
     2. Use your £5000 payment as a normal Soul & Surf credit voucher worth £5000. And have a poster of your choice as our thank you.
   • Otherwise, payments are non-refundable.
     That includes: changing your mind, missing the expiry date, cancelled bookings, or changes in your circumstances.
6. Peace of Mind Guarantee
   If Soul & Surf is ever unable to fulfil your credit (e.g. closure of the company), Ed & Sofie will personally refund your unused credit from the sale of their Portugal property (Quinta Agave) — as outlined in your Personal Guarantee.
7. Location Closures
   Closure of one or more Soul & Surf locations does not constitute an inability to deliver holidays, as long as Soul & Surf continues to offer holidays at any of its operating locations.
8. Perks for Growth Gang Members
   As a thank you for your support, every Growth Gang 25 member will also receive:
   • First pick of dates – priority access to book your Soul & Surf weeks before we release them to the public.
   • An invite to our Quinta Agave launch party – be part of the celebration as we open our new Portugal home.
   • A Soul & Surf poster of your choice, delivered to your door, from our online store.
