Over the last month or so, we’ve been posting these short yoga videos, taking you through some simple twists and stretches you can do at home. Last week, Jessamin guided us through ‘thread the needle,’ which is all about gaining greater rotation and mobility in the shoulders and torso. This one kind of builds on that: a supine spinal twist, offering post-surf relief for the shoulders and lower back, and helping us find greater mobility and rotation in our turns.
