Jungle Days

Jungle Mornings and Nights

Leave the main road behind and join us jungle side to relax, reset and unwind with the best yoga, treatments and Sunshine food the island has to offer. There, we said it… it’s pretty nice here.

Our experienced yoga teachers will guide you through a 75 minute Slow Flow or Yin yoga class in our spacious Yoga Shala overlooking the jungle, with the sounds of the wildlife blending with our specially curated playlists – and the occasional village bread van rendition of Greensleeves – a classic!

Our therapist will create a personalised 75 minute treatment for you combining intuitive contact and body and breath awareness to reap the many benefits of holistic therapies, as you take the space to reconnect with your whole body in a gentle, caring way. Or you might choose a more physical focus, soothing your surf weary limbs with a deep tissue massage. And relax… Whichever route you take, you can continue that post massage bliss – a.k.a. super chilled – into the rest of the day, grabbing a complementary coconut, lounging by our pool overlooking the meandering backwaters.

And to top it off, enjoy the flavours of our locally produced Sunshine Food, with a menu reflecting our Soul & Surf kitchen philosophy; healthy eating, local produce, indulgent touches, Sri Lankan techniques, international combinations, beautifully presented… Sounds good, right?
