Treatments

We seek trained and qualified professionals to provide creative and flowing treatments where no two treatments are the same. This requires our therapist to create a genuine connection with the client which we achieve through an initial consultation to find out where you’re at, what your needs are, what your issues are and our therapist can then create a therapy for you combining intuitive contact, through body awareness, breathing and connecting with the moment and  with your whole body in a gentle, caring way.

Of course, you can also choose to just soothe your tired surf & yoga limbs and muscles.

Everyone can benefit from our therapies. It is useful in especially difficult periods of your life, it can be useful to help with every-day stress, physical fatigue and is highly recommended for most of us city folk who tend to live out of kilter with our bodies.

Here’s the broad outlines of what we offer:

Therapeutic Massage: 60 minutes.

This deeply relaxing oil massage consists of continuous, and slow fluid movements. It is especially suited for people who suffer from stress, it increases our body’s awareness and allows you to achieve a state of deep relaxation and peace.

Deep Release Massage: 60 or 90 minutes.

This deep pressure and more focused massage gets to the depths of your body, releasing muscle pain so you can move again.

One for the Soul: 60 or 90 minutes.

A therapist’s special. We have some really incredible therapists working with us seasonally. Each therapist will prepare their own specialised treatment for you whilst they are with us. Contact us to see what’s on offer or speak to us once you arrive for more info.

Pre-Booking

To be sure you get a spot we advise you to book the treatments you want before you arrive. You can do this when you make your booking by adding the treatment as an extra item if you have already decided or if you have already booked or want to ask a few questions before you decide email us here

Of course, if there’s space, you can choose your treatments when you’re with us but the risk is that we will already be fully booked.

Pre-booking & cancellation policy

Our treatments are often quite high in demand and our therapists’ schedules only have a limited number of spots per week, we don’t cram loads of therapies in each day to make a quick buck. So please book them in advance to avoid disappointment. You can add them after you’ve booked your stay with us by emailing us at <click to show address> to see what availability we have.

Treatments are paid for in Indian Rupees (cash) directly to the therapist. Please note that as spaces are limited, our cancellation policy is as follows;

• Cancelled more than 1 week before arrival- no charge
• Cancelled less than 1 week before arrival – 50%
• Cancelled on arrival or after – full charge
