Rachel has designed an exciting looking program of yoga specifically for this Pop-Up helping you to improve your practice no matter whether you are a seasoned yogi or have trouble touching your shins, let alone your toes! Included in this Pop-Up are five yoga sessions across the week.

The aim will be to build strength and flexibility to compliment your surfing with a mixture of dynamic vinyasa flow and restorative yin yoga to balance out the practice.

We will make use of the shala situated high on the cliffs overlooking the bay and no doubt will fit in some sunrise and sunset sessions. We include five yoga sessions in the trip price to give you the chance to really feel the benefits of a regular yoga practice; if you’re already a seasoned yogi you’ll have the chance to go deeper and really focus on your practice for a week, or even two, with Rachel as your guide.
