Our whole kitchen team are Sri Lankan, led by our head Chef de partie Indika Dhathanga Dhanunka. With 10 years of international experience Indika has experience of cooking Sri Lankan, Western, Arabic, Italian, Indian & Thai food.

We work with Indika and his team to develop, refresh and refine a menu and kitchen philosophy which is simple. Healthy eating, local produce, indulgent touches, Sri Lankan techniques, international combinations, beautifully presented.
