We include five yoga sessions in the trip price to give you the chance to really feel the benefits of a regular yoga practice; if you’re already a seasoned yogi, you’ll have the chance to go deeper and really focus on your practice.
We teach a form of Vinyasa Flow and will physically work on the areas we have been using most in the surf that day – think shoulders, hips and core. Depending on how exhausted you guys are after your sessions, we’ll be alternating between dynamic flow and a more restorative, mindful practice.
We’ll also include a pranayama practice, which is great for breath control and lung capacity and pretty useful in the water. We’ll also lead a guided meditation session as another way to help connect you with the moment. Now….
