With 5 yoga sessions included in the trip price we hope to give you the chance to really feel the benefits of a regular yoga practice, or if you’re a seasoned yogi you have the chance to go deep and really focus on your yoga practice for a week or two with our experienced teacher as your guide. The yoga sessions will be tailored to your surfing experience. If the group is exhausted from some seri0us physical exertion we will work on restorative yoga, if we’re all full of beans the yoga will be more energetic.
